Uhm, actually Kaji was the vision she *did* have ^_^ we see Rei, but she
sees Kaji.
That's why she calls "Kaji-kun" looking nearly towards the camera. Then, we
get to watch the whole scene from an "external" point of view, so that we
see the actual presence nearby, which is Rei.

Did I get it all wrong until now ^_^;;?
