Hm... Since I haven't seen a new list emerge (as I'd hoped) I've
decided to do the following:

- I will keep the list running in its current (mostly unmaintained)
  mode.

- This service is subject to termination without notice of
  shutdown. While I'll try to avoid it, it may just disappear without
  notice. 

We can continue using the current software in an unmaintained mode, or
we can switch to using GNU Mailman. For the latter to work, someone
would have to step forward and volunteer to maintain the
list. Preferably, this would be someone that the list trusts, and I'm
not sure if I'm in a good position to judge this.

That person would be responsible for maintaining an info-page for the
ML, and writing and enforcing list rules. They would maintain the list
through a web interface.

I'd strongly prefer to switch to GNU Mailman, as it has many features
that ezmlm lacks. So, please, someone step up.

Regardless, the list could still end at any time, without notice, so
I'd hope that eventually someone would be able to move the list to
more stable hosting arrangements.
