[EVA] Translators Needed For the Fan Geek Commentary Project

Well, the Renewal scripts also have some insights into the Eva-00 soul
issue, but I'm not getting into that again. Complacency is a sin on geekery
and new info is always available to those who look for it, even when the
bulk of it might seem redundant.
